I am extremely happy and satisfied that my dream of starting Nursing Institute for making professional service-oriented nurses for the betterment of families, society, and nation has finally come true.

The Regional Institute of Nursing (RIN) came into being in June 2023 in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. I strongly align with Florence Nightingale’s quote “I attribute my success to this – I never gave or took any excuse”. Hence, from now on I will never give nor take any excuses until my qualified team shape and bring-forth professional nurses who are excellent in nursing care longing to serve mankind, and to make the world a better place.

I look forward for the success of RIN, by implementing learner-centred approach which shift focus from teachers to students so that their lives are enriched and they become highly qualified nurses, and competent nursing personnel.

Steadfastly awaiting to work with professionals to shape and bring-forth qualified professional nurses, who will be predominantly on a better platform both professionally as well as personally with a global outlook.

I sincerely appreciate you all for choosing this noble profession. As someone rightly said, “Not all angels have wings, some have scrubs.” “When you are a nurse, you know that every day you will touch a life or a life will touch yours.” The nursing profession involves physical and psychological care of the sick and is the backbone of health care.

The Regional Institute of Nursing (RIN) established in June 2023 strives to train and educate dedicated professional nurses. RIN is a significantly well-infra-structured institute with dedicated professional tutors who are qualified with relevant knowledge, excellent skills, and determination to make efficient nurses with internationally accepted standards who can stand out in this fiercely competitive world.

I really feel honoured to function as the Principal, and it is my privilege to introduce RIN to you all. I assure you that the nursing students’ knowledge, as well as their personality, will be developed as RIN provides all the opportunities and circumstances to become an efficient nurse with critical thinking ability.
